Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By signing in to or using ICDP Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service. ICDP Connect is provided by the Islamic Center of Deer Park for the use of enrolled families, teachers, and authorized staff.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by the school office. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.

3. Authorized use

You may only use ICDP Connect for school-related purposes. Access is limited by your role: administrators may manage school data, teachers may work with their assigned classes and students, and parents may view information about their linked children.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not attempt to access records that are not assigned to you, interfere with the app's security, upload harmful content, misuse the messaging feature, or use ICDP Connect in any way that harms the school community.

5. Content and accuracy

The school strives to keep student records accurate. If you believe information is incorrect, contact the school office. The school reserves the right to correct records and to suspend access in case of misuse.

6. Termination

The school may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms, security concerns, or when an account is no longer needed.

7. Disclaimers

ICDP Connect is provided on an "as is" basis for school administrative purposes. The school is not liable for issues caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including device or network problems.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ICDP Connect after changes means you accept the updated terms.
